The products of Mehr Sanat Diyar Noon Company are categorized as Brushless DC (BLDC) motors. These electric motors, due to their unique design and manufacturing features, significantly reduce motor losses, resulting in increased motor efficiency and a substantial reduction in electrical energy consumption. Some of these features include a permanent magnet rotor, laminated stator core, stator windings applied with uniform pressure by an automated machine, a specially programmed driver, and more.
High-quality bearings are used in both the front and rear parts of the rotor in the construction of these electric motors. Additionally, considering the dimensions and frame size of these BLDC motors manufactured by Mehr Sanat, they are designed to be easily interchangeable with older motor models. Thanks to the dedicated microcontroller on the driver of these motors, a wide range of motor characteristics—such as output power, constant power or speed, panel type, speed variation ranges, clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, and more—can be easily customized by the company’s engineers based on the needs of valued customers.
Mehr Sanat offers its BLDC motors with an IP66 protection rating. It is also worth noting that all necessary protections, including protection against overheating, overvoltage or undervoltage, overload, rotor lock, overcurrent, and phase-to-phase short-circuit, have been anticipated and incorporated into the microcontroller programming by the company’s engineers. As mentioned earlier, the low iron losses (hysteresis and eddy currents) and mechanical losses in these motors result in minimal temperature rise after several hours of continuous operation. In these motors, the number of turns in each coil of the winding is designed to achieve the IE5 energy efficiency rating, equivalent to Grade A.
